Often called an “Old Soul,” Christy Anna lives up to her nickname by performing the hits of country music long before her time. Patsy Cline, John Denver, and Glen Campbell are just a few of the artists whose music completes her repertoire. By putting a personal new spin on these classics, she has been loved by audiences of all ages. Growing up on a dairy farm, she identifies best with country music though frequently states, “a good song is a good song regardless of genre” and therefore will learn any type of music by request. Professionally pursuing music since January of 2018, she has steadily increased the number of live shows each year with 2019 reaching over 130 live performances. However, because of public safety concerns in 2020, her live shows decreased in number. To keep momentum going, she started hosting live concerts on the internet through her social media accounts. In December 2020 she released her first long awaited single, “Bittersweet” which has been said to be a great example of the abilities of her voice. Performing in front of live audiences is one of the joys she looks forward to the most as a musician. “Whether it’s the music I write or the music I cover, I enjoy connecting with people through the songs I sing. There’s no greater feeling in the world.”
Upcoming Dates
No Live Performances for 2023
With the birth of her first child, Christy will not be performing during 2023. She will be taking time off to spend with her newborn and family.
